Debt Report for Companies API

General Overview

If the RA67 call to ASIC is successful, a RA68 report is prepared and provided to the nominated agent. A limit of two RA67 requests are accepted by ASIC per day to prevent unnecessary and duplicate requests

The RA68 report presents more than just the balance owed to ASIC as shown below:

• Total debt;
• Debt now due;
• Future debt due
• Debt broken down by blocks of overdue by 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and 90+ days;
• Registered agents can also check the account balance for all companies they manage by requesting a Company Debt Report (RA67).

A RA67 request is a quick way for agents to assess which companies are debt free, which companies owe fees to ASIC and in what time frame those fees should be paid. As timely payment of ASIC fees is a crucial aspect company compliance, our Registered Agent Collection would not be complete without this API.
