DSP Accreditation Support

If you're advertising company registration, business name or ABN services, Google requires you to hold Digital Service Provider accreditation - without it, your ads get rejected. We help you get accredited, without the usual wait.

Why DSP accreditation matters

Google's ad policies require businesses promoting company registration, business name or ABN/tax registration services to hold recognised Digital Service Provider (DSP) accreditation. Without it, your ads are rejected outright - no accreditation, no campaign.

Applying yourself means navigating ASIC's accreditation process from scratch, which typically takes the better part of a year. That's a long time to sit on hold while a competitor with existing accreditation runs ads in your place.

How we help

We've been through ASIC's accreditation process many times over, as an accredited ASIC, ATO and ABRS digital service provider ourselves. We know what a complete application looks like, and the mistakes that cause most applications to stall or bounce back for rework.

This isn't just advice - we run the process for you end to end. ASIC's accreditation requires a full round of technical conformance testing, each result documented and evidenced to their standard. We run every test, prepare the documentation and evidence, and handle all correspondence with ASIC directly, so nothing lands back on your desk. Clients working with us are typically accredited in a fraction of the standard timeframe.

  • Application preparation and lodgement, based on what actually gets approved
  • All required technical testing run, documented and evidenced on your behalf
  • All correspondence with ASIC handled for you, from submission through to approval

Once you're accredited

Accreditation clears you to advertise - it doesn't require you to rebuild how you lodge. You keep using Business API's platform and APIs for company registrations, business names, ABN/tax registrations and PPSR searches exactly as you do today. Nothing changes on your account, your integration or your pricing.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, absolutely. DSP accreditation is what lets you legally advertise these services - it's separate from how you actually lodge them. Many of our clients hold their own accreditation while still lodging every registration through Business API. Your API keys, integration and pricing stay exactly as they are.

  • A self-lodged application can take the better part of a year to be approved, mostly due to back-and-forth over incomplete or incorrectly prepared submissions. Because we prepare and lodge applications correctly the first time, our clients are typically approved in a fraction of that time. Exact timeframes are set by ASIC and can vary, so we can't guarantee a specific date, but we'll keep you updated at every stage.

  • Basic business and identity details to complete ASIC's application form. From there we take it on - preparing the submission, running the required testing, and handling the documentation and correspondence through to approval.

  • No. Getting accredited is a separate, one-off service from your Business API account, and your existing plan, pricing and integration are unaffected either way. If you'd like us to keep maintaining your accreditation as ASIC's requirements change over time, that's available as an optional ongoing service - but it's not required.

  • No. We run the required technical testing, documentation and evidence gathering on your behalf as part of the service - you don't need to build or run anything yourself.
