By selecting this plan, you will have access to each and every API that we offer. This plan is suitable for startups or businesses that have infrequent lodgement requirements.

The Standard Plan offers you a great degree of flexibility, especially if you are a new business or thinking of starting to offer business registration services. With the Standard Plan, you do not have any montly inclusions, so no monthly costs, except what you actually consume.
Let's say for example you are just starting up and you submit with us 3 company registrations, 2 business name registrations and 75 registered agent forms within a month. Your costs for the month with us would be:
3 x $50.00 = $150.00 (3 company registrations with full PDF document pack)
2 x $15.00 = $30.00 (2 business name registrations)
1 x $25.00 = $25.00 (75 registered agent forms)
Total cost: $205.00
Yes you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing & Plans dashboard area. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the changes will come in effect immediately. If you cancel your plan, you will still have all the benefits until the end of the period, when the plan and its inclusions will expire.
Sure you can. If during the first 30 calendar days of your subscription you are not happy with the services, you can request a refund. Once the refund has been issued, you will not be able to use any of our services. If later on you would like to use our services, you would need to subscribe again.
Unfortunately no. We do not charge you when you initiate the lodgement, but when you have a successful outcome. Due to the nature of our services, once you make an API call which has a successful outcome, it is considered that the service has been provided and no refund can be issued.
For example, for a company registration, we only charge you once the ACN has been issued. For any other lodgements, we charge when documents are accepted by the agency and no validation error has been returned. If you lodge a form 10 times because of some validation errors, you will only be charged once, at the end, IF there is a successful outcome.
