Plans & Pricing

The PAYG plan gives you full production API access with no monthly commitment. You only pay for what you use at published per-lodgement rates. A card on file is required to unlock production access.

For example, if you submit 3 company registrations, 2 business name registrations and 5 PPSR searches in a month your cost would be:

3 × $50.00 = $150.00 (company registrations)

2 × $15.00 = $30.00 (business name registrations)

5 × $6.00 = $30.00 (PPSR searches)

Total: $210.00

Discounts are calculated on a rolling 30-day window, counted at the time each charge is made. ASIC and ATO lodgements (company rego, business name, ABN) count toward the threshold. PPSR searches are excluded from the lodgement count but still benefit from the discount. Registered agent forms on Pro have their own separate allowance model - see below.

PAYG: 0% for 1–25, 5% for 26–50, 10% for 51+ lodgements/month.

Pro: 15% for 1–50, 20% for 51–100, 25% for 101+ lodgements/month.

If you have a negotiated custom rate, you always pay the lower of your custom rate and the discounted published rate.

The Pro subscription includes 2,500 registered agent forms per month at no extra charge. If you exceed 2,500 forms in a calendar month, additional forms are charged at $25 per 100 forms (or part thereof).

For example, if you submit 2,750 forms in a month, the first 2,500 are included and the remaining 250 are charged at $75 (3 × $25, as partial blocks of 100 are rounded up).

The monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle - unused forms do not carry over to the following month.

Registered agent forms are not available on the PAYG plan.

Yes. You can cancel or downgrade your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing & Plans area in your dashboard. If you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to PAYG. Registered agent form access is removed immediately on downgrade.

Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect at your next renewal date.

We do not charge you when you initiate a lodgement - only on a successful outcome. Once an ACN has been issued or a form accepted by the agency, the service has been provided and no refund can be issued.

If a form is rejected due to validation errors and you resubmit, you are only charged once a successful outcome is reached, regardless of how many attempts were made.

The Free plan gives you access to our full API surface in a simulated sandbox environment - no card required. ASIC submissions go to the ASIC test environment and PPSR searches run against the PPSR Discovery (non-live) environment. All charges are $0. It is designed for integration development and testing before going live.
