ASIC Account Transactions API

General Overview

A correctly lodged RA52 will be responded to by ASIC in the form of a RA57 which is essentially a report that shows all the transactions recorded by ASIC that have a dollar figure.

When a company or a registered agent lodge a substantial number of ASIC forms that require payment, including 201 (Application for Registration as an Australian Company) 6010 (Application for voluntary deregistration of a company) and 410 (Application for reservation of a name) at the end of the day or the end of the period, they can have a significant task in tracking particular transactions and/or reconciling their accounts. Lodgement of a valid RA52 will result in the preparation of a RA57 reply. A RA57 - Agent account transaction listing comes by way of a report produced from an ASIC back office accounts receivable system. This report makes the job of tracking individual transactions and reconciliation of accounts much easier.

To use this API, you need to be an ASIC registered agent, have an active subscription with us and complete the onboarding procedure outlined in your dashboard area.
