  • Use this endpoint to lodge a Form 484 - Changes to Company Details - with ASIC. Form 484 covers a wide range of company change types including office holder changes, registered office and principal place of business address changes, share structure updates (issuances and cancellations), ultimate holding company changes, and concessional fee declarations. All sections are optional except generalInformation, signature, and testTransmissionIndicator - include only the sections relevant to the change being lodged.

    All responses are delivered in JSON format. All string values must be uppercase.

ASIC 484 Form Request

A POST request to this endpoint will return a JSON response with the request ID. Every lodgement always requires generalInformation, signature, and testTransmissionIndicator. Add only the sections that apply to your change - multiple sections can be combined in a single Form 484.

Validation Rules

All sections except generalInformation, signature, and testTransmissionIndicator are optional. Only include sections relevant to the change being lodged. When a section is present, all fields marked M within that section become required.
