Onboarding Requirements

When your application is ready to go live, for most of the endpoints, you would need to fill in the required onboarding form, providing the all the information needed to be able to provide you the service.

When your application is ready to go live, most endpoints require you to complete an onboarding process. The requirements vary by collection. Test endpoints can be used immediately without onboarding.

All collections require a valid payment method on file for live lodgements.

V1 and V2 endpoints share the same onboarding requirements.

ABN Collection APIs

ABN registrations and tax registrations are lodged with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

  • Complete the ATO Onboarding form in your Dashboard
  • Our team will process your onboarding application
  • Once approved, your account will be enabled for live ATO lodgements

No credentials are required from you - the onboarding form collects the necessary information for us to set up your ATO access.

Company Collection APIs

Company registrations, deregistrations, name changes and extracts are lodged with ASIC.

  • ASIC Agent Number
  • EDGE Username 1
  • EDGE Password 1

If you are already using another software provider with your ASIC credentials, you may need a separate agent number for use with Business API. See Known Limitations - ASIC for details.

Business Name Collection APIs

Business name registrations and renewals are lodged with ASIC via Business Names webservices.

Registered Agent Collection APIs

ASIC registered agent forms (361, 362, RA52, RA61, RA63, RA65, RA67, RA71) and annual statements.

Business Account Collection APIs

Business account opening is provided in partnership with our banking partner.

  • Complete the Business Account Opening Onboarding form in your Dashboard
  • Our team will review and approve your application
  • Once approved, your account will be enabled for live business account submissions
